Group ADI

Adi grupo is adapting  his management to the new necessity of the market and to the foresight of a continuing growing of the Group.

The ADI Group has continued its growth and international expansion in recent years and has consolidated its total revenues at over €35m.

Due to the complexity of its products, the representation of other firms, its own companies in the Group, other associated companies which together with constant international expansion through a network of subsidiaries and independent distributors, has made it necessary to restructure its internal organisation in order to adapt to new demands and the forecast of continued growth.

This is why we have set up the body of a consultancy board to the group to which Victor Diez Retolaza has been appointed as Consultant Director. Until now Victor has been working on the reorganisation with special emphasis on the international division.

It is with Albert Cardellach that the company has consolidated its expansion. He has been my right hand man at all times and without him it would have been impossible to obtain these objectives. Albert agreed with me about the group needing a change in its organisation.

Therefore we have decided to divide the ADI Group into two major divisions.

 
Albert Cardellach will be in charge of the first one as General Corporate Director and will be responsible for the internal organisation covering administration, accounts and management control, human resources, legal affairs, internal services and systems, as well as direction of the Group’s logistics. Rui Rodrigues will be appointed to the post of Director of Global Logistics. Until now Rui has been in charge of ADI Logistica Portugal. His position will be overseen by Albert Cardellach.

The second division concerns the sales division for which Philippe Alitti has been hired as General Operations Director. He has wide experience in management as a result of many years work at the multinational Smurfit Kappa. Philippe who is French, from Corsica, also speaks Spanish, Italian and English.

Philippe will be responsible for all sales operations for the Group as well as management of the Group’s national and international companies and associates. He will also handle our exports through independent distributors. The laboratory and the purchasing department also come under his control.

We would like to give him a warm welcome and with everyone’s support we will achieve both consolidation and growth of the ADI Group.
